We firmly believe in the transformative power of innovation, and endeavor to launch new projects with the power to disrupt established industries and to bring novel concepts to untapped markets.
We provide strategic advisory, capital markets and business development services to our clients, as one of the few institutional grade corporate advisors specialising in concept and frontier technology companies on the ASX.
We invest in startups and business ventures that endeavour to solve global problems through innovation. We incubate and launch our own start-up initiatives across an array of industries in collaboration with world class researchers.
We specialise in early stage, concept and frontier technology companies. Our ‘funds management’ roots give you access to a truly unique perspective into an investor’s mind.

We provide expert advice on takeover defence, mergers and acquisitions
From new product launches and the expansion of existing business lines, to the development of greenfield projects and market pivots, we help our clients make the right decisions for their business. We provide bespoke solutions and the level of close client attention of a boutique firm, with a partner always present for all projects.
Entrepreneurship is at the heart of our company, and imbues all of the work we do.
We seek early stage companies in whose team, product and business model we believe and whose future we can help shape. We are not afraid to make bold bets.
We have key areas of interest for future investments – such as clean-tech, med-tech and agri-tech – but historically our approach has been largely industry-agnostic.
What we look for above all else is an attractive, scalable business opportunity that addresses a market disparity in a novel way (preferably with strong IP protection), with an executive team that we believe in, and can trust to deliver.
We are a team of businessmen and investors from various professional disciplines who develop investment opportunities across several industries, with local and foreign partners.
